For more than 20 years Precis Inter Holding JSC has aspired to satisfy the requirements of its customers by implementing new technologies and expanding its product portfolio.
1987 The company is established as a small enterprise producing precision electro-welded steel tubes and profiles, employing a team of 29 people and one tube mill producing tubes within the range from Ø 10 to Ø 30 mm with a 200-ton monthly output.
   
1989 The company’s exports are intended for only three partners based in Germany and Greece and amount to about 3 % of total annual production.
   
1995 Precis Inter Holding’s partners have already increased to over 20, and total export volume is over 30 % of total annual production. The company puts into operation a new production line producing precise electro-welded tubes and profiles within the range from Ø 20 to Ø 90 mm. The company is awarded the GQM (Global Quality Management) golden prize for quality.
   
1998 The company adopts a quality management system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited.

   
1999 The company begins to cooperate with the Austrian company Schramm TechTrade GmbH and undertakes a new project for electrical installation tubes and fittings.
   
2000 Nearly 40 % of total production is intended for the foreign market. The company expands its export destinations to Austria, Italy, Sweden, FYR of Macedonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Albania, Poland, etc. In March, Precis Inter puts into operation a workshop for black enamelling of tubes and profiles.
   
2001 An installation for hot-dip galvanization of tubes, profiles and other metal units is put into operation within the company.

   
2002 Two production lines for aluminium tubes and profiles within the range from Ø 8 to Ø 70 mm are installed at the company.

   
2004 Precis Inter Holding puts two new production lines for steel tubes and profiles from Ø 10 to Ø 100 mm into operation.
   
2005 The company installs its fifth steel tubes and profiles production line.
   
2006 The company’s export share reaches about 75%. Precis Inter starts a new production of pre-galvanized steel tubes and profiles from Ø 10 to Ø 100 mm. Two more steel tubes and profiles production lines are installed. Also, a new company – BG Steel JSC, is established. Its main field of activity involves production of tube articles for furniture.

   
2007 A production line for open steel profiles is put into operation. In a joint venture with Iskoor Metals & Steels Ltd. (Macsteel Group), Precis Inter Holding JSC establishes IPI Steel JSC – a service centre for distribution and processing of steel products.
   
2008 A new line is installed producing steel tubes and profiles from Ø 76.2 to Ø 170 mm and wall thickness of up to 7 mm

Today, about 800 people employed at Precis Inter Holding JSC make every effort to ensure that the needs of over 480 companies are satisfied. The export share of the Holding’s production is about 75-80% of total annual output.

The company cooperates with clients and partners from over 20 countries worldwide.
